The 24-year-old winger and his partner Paige Milian, 22, launched a property company earlier this year.And their first project is a row of six modern two-bed townhouses in Reddish, Stockport.On her Instagram page, Paige told her 67,000 followers: “After months of studying property development, I achieved my qualification to become a property developer in 2018.
“We then started a search of properties to add to our portfolio and was then successful in purchasing six brand new houses. As the director of @milianproperty I am now pleased to announce that we have finally completed our first project of six brand new, two bedroom houses located in Reddish.”Tagging Raheem into her announcement, she added: “We plan to add more projects to our portfolio in the future.”
Reportedly available for £750-a-month, all six homes at ‘Williamson Gardens’ have been taken up.
